How to file a SLP in Supreme Court

A party can directly ho to supreme court for breach of her fundamental rights by special leave petition in case the family court refuse to administer her case and she had been given divorce by husband by saying triple talaq
First your case not clear if file a against talak given by your husband you file family court than high court than suprime court . Fundamental right article 32 of constitution of india file directly suprime court and high court article 226 in high court .family court matter do not go suprime court.
