How to end marriage without getting divorce

I did court marriage in March 2016 it didn't worked well. Not happy with my hubby can I end this without a divorce and marry someone else? Are there some software or tracks maintained for court marriages to pull up any persons details? If I marry someone else can I later apply for marriage certificate?

You cannot dissolve your marriage without court.
You can get mutual consent divorce peacefully or else you can nullify the marriage (depending upon facts of the case).

In your case, it is advisable not to go shortcut way. In fact, there is no shortcut. Once you get married, and that too via court marriage procedure, you cannot break it up without going to Court.
There could be one exception. If you are a Hindu, and if in your caste there is an established custom for customary divorce, without going to court, then that procedure can be resorted to. But if this is not a case, then does not appear to be any escape from court.
The question is not whether there is any software tracking persons maintained by courts. The question is will you be able to run away from your married partner. Will he not find out and trouble you?
Marrying another person during lifetime of the first spouse is a crime under Indian Penal Code.
You have not share other details. So difficult to advice exactly which course will be suited for you. But what you are proposing is inadvisable.

Hello, I have been through your query and j think you can't file the divorce without the completion of Marraige of 1 year but yea you can claim for maintainance of you are staying separate from your husband!
