How to disown my husband’s parents and remove them from legal heirs?

How to disown my husband’s parents? My husband died on road accident. My husband property his self-earned after our marriage. There is no ancestral property. But my Husband’s parents are demanding 1/3 share for his property since Legal-heir form included their names. Moreover I am paying 3000 INR every month for their expense. What is the procedure to leave or remove them from my family?
