How to deal with harassment form wife

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Hindu married man and my query is that how can I safeguard from my wife and her parents.My wife's behavior was not good since the day one due to this we went a separate home from my family.My wife and her parents are superstition.They always push to me for Pujas every time and fully involved with my family matter.I came to know that these days my wife is in contacted with a Baba(Molvi/Tantrik) and fully touch with him.She is regularly mixing up something on my food for this superstition.One days she feed me something and due to this my health deteriorated.One day she ate rat killer and said that she will jailed to me,I informed this matter to her parents they laugh and did not tell anything to her.Her father is in Delhi Police and he always threaten to my family member that they will impose false cases against me and my family and we will jailed.My parents are in very tension these days.I have two small kids, I am afraid my wife and her parents do not hurt them.
You can file a divorce petition and get divorced. You can further file a case for domestic violence on behalf of your mother. It's better if you contact a lawyer who can guide you in proper manner as the case may demand.
