How to deal with false counter cases when living in other State

My husband has filed for divorce since our daughter was 3 months old because he is having affair,when I filed 125CrPc for my daughter, he and his parents started filing many false cases against me and my family from different places. I am a working woman so I didn't ask for my alimony. But the problem is that I can not afford the transfer fees of SC for many cases neither I can travel with my baby. I want a permanent solution otherwise he will continue to file this type of cases.

I have gone through your query. That your husband is putting you through hardship so that you will give upon the divorce and the divorce will be granted. his intention behind the cruelty meted out by him is that he wants divorce. Stop Contesting the divorce case and may be he will stop harassing you. There is no productivity coming out of this marriage as he already had intended to part ways from you.
