How to deal with domestic harassment by in laws and husband

Hello, My name Is preeti I belong to Hindu religion and also I belong to a kashmiri pandit family. My Problem is that my husband is not cooperative with me becz he is a govt employee doing job at Srinagar.. I also work as a govt employee but in Jammu ....I use to live with my in-laws at Jammu ...I am being highly torched by both from last five six years ..they also involve my mom in every issues Main topic of conflict is my salary ... My husband take no responsibility of mine and our son four years old ...today I have a new issue as I am expecting a baby....but still no care from my husband's side Pls help me wat will be the best for me How could I resolve all this Wat will be the right step from my end Pls help
Mam....u can file a complaint to nearest women cell related to domestic voilence against in laws and in order to further soleminised ur marriage ....u can file a case of conjugal rights, in order to live with ur hsband
