How to deal with absconding husband

Hi, me and my husband married for 9 yrs have two kids 8 yrs and 8 months. My husband leaves me and absconds to place where his parents and relatives live and switched off his mobile. He does not answer properly about when he will come. He always scold my daughter and me. Am working in IT. So he does not give money for emi or expenses. Only if asked for 50 times he will send emi amount. Am not knowing how to solve this. His parents are of no support. Whenever he absconded I have to live in my parents house

Better you can file "habeas corpus" writ petition if your husband reside in a place where not known to you. Moreover if have an idea to live together the above petition will not make your aim fruitful. It need more details to give you a solution.
