How to deal with a non cooperative wife

Hello sir, it's sad to write here but things are worse to our family. My elder brother wife not come after 4 month of marriage with the one year baby. There was no cruelty or torture to her in our house. Without reason my bhabhi was not come to our house.please provide suggestions

You may file a restitution of marriage case in family court to bring back her.If she has grounds then you have to defend in the court.At this stage compromise involving guardians is the best solution.

Is it love marriage or arrange marriage?I can understand your question after 4 month of marriage?Is this baby gave birth before marriage?your question create some of confuse rumours. I think other some factors behind there. 1st you clear the question .

In this case you can take the shelter of court for restitution of conjugal rights.
Court after hearing your merits may advice the wife to live with her husband. Better consult an advocate for elaborated support and guidance.

Try to find out the reason behind it why she is not interested to stay with you. If possible then approach mahila commission to settle the dispute inspite of all the effort if she doesn't came back then file case for restitution of conjugal life

dear st u r written that after 4minth of marrige of your brother u r bhavi has a one vyear child i dont understand howbis it possible any way first u contact ur bhavi s parent and try to know what is reason behind it
