You have no right whatsoever to claim any share in the Property. The property of your father is his exclusive property, earned by his own efforts and you cannot make any claim to it. If the property is ancestral property, then during the life time of your father you cannot claim partition of the property as per the Gujarat Law, unless property is sought to be sold or partitioned among the family members. What kind of stridhan are you talking about. Please specify. If any of your personal property / assets are retained by your family members, then you can file civil action to claim custody of your assets. However you have to prove that such property belongs to you and you have the owner thereof.
