How To Claim Money Back From My Father Now He Cheated Me

I started working from 8 years in USA. I had sent all my savings to my father as a gift. Now I returned back and he is not ready to give me back that money not even partition in his property and completely abondoned me.. Now how to claim atleast my money back and have done money transfer through online transaction.
do not say that you have given gift but state that you have given a hand loan and issue a legal notice and also share in properties and if he does not return your amount file a case in civil court and claim the amount given to him.
