How to claim maintenance from the father

My father is a successful business man but cruel bad too he abuses,beats tortures my mom brother and me I can't take this anymore my head blast everyday my mom has no family nothing not much educated I am just 18 we can't do anything for earning what should we do?
You can stay separate and ask for the maintaince from your father. There you belong too and where you are put up? Take appointment and schedule meeting. Apart from maintaince you can also file other cases also.
