How to apply for anticipatory bail in a pending case on brother in law

My husband has taken a b for safety purposes because my brother in law is in police custody and police officers is calling us for state ment hum dar gaye toh humme anticipatory bail ke liya lekin abhi humara naam case mein nahi hai aur mere brother in law me apna julm kaboom kiya he malupulated 30,0000 lacs now what about our anticipatory bail it completes on 15 june please ans me

Madam/sir, If FIR is registered against you, you can apply for ABA in sessions court and/or FIR is not registered and you hav apprehesion of arrest you can apply for ABA get 48 hrs notice period to approach for regular ABA before aarest and you can tget relief of arrest. As for as your husband's ABA is concerned it may be an interim bail and after final hearing his bail may be confirmed or reject by the Honble court.

For what reason you have applied for Anticipatory bail ..? what was your prayer..? In which offence your brother in law is in Jail..? Need more information to help you , and proceed in this matter....?
