How o deal with non cooperative in laws

my husband hit me at night removed me out of house i went to my parents house and was in contact with inlaws for 3 yrs i want to go back they r refusing me demanding money how can i go there can i do police complaint now
I don't know why you kept mum for 3 years .? You can file complaint under sec 498A against your husband and his family ,you can also file complaint under DV Act , again if they are asking for money you can file complaint u/ dowry p act

Believing that you are hindu by religion....Ans. You can file a case under section 9 of hindu marriage act and ask for restitution of conjugal rights..thereby court will allow u to stay with you husband as per law ... also there is relief under dv act for protection of you rights...police cannot do anything without courts order apart from given you protection...bt this protection cannot last long....
