I am going to have inter religion marriage. Me and my fiance belongs to different religions. How can we get our marriage registered.
Special Marriage Act recognises Inter Religion Marriage. There is no prohibition in the Special Act to perform inter religion marriage.
So go for solemnization of Marriage under the Special Marriage Act known as Court Marriage.
