How does the Court decide the maintenance amount

A and B got married 7 years ago. Now A filed case divorce against B. B filed 125 crpc, section9 and 34. B does not want to take divorce. A and B have 2 kids7 years boy and 3 years girl. B have 2 issues. Now B living in her matrimonial home with 2 kids. Now A living with his relative and he denied for maintenance even school expenses. B unable to prove A's income. Now what to do ? Will court decide maintenance including child's school expenses or court not concern about that.
