How can we stop girl to marry a boy legally

Sir I have a friend his sister is in love with a boy. But sir that is not really love the boy did some occult art. ! The girl is not listening to his family . family don't want to do their marriage sir can we make any case against boy the girl has gone . in law does occult art matters plz sir give some advise . the girl is against the family due to occult arts
If the girl is a major then legally she is entitled to marry whomsoever she wishes to. There is nothing as per law which can be done in such a case. If there is some occult art at the most you can file a complaint with the police.

as I discuss you cannot stop them mstrhing with there choices because they are major..they can tske decision. as per there own choice as per there funfsmrntsl right u can not stop them. you can only..advce them to follow you hence law do not permit you to stop marriage futhet you can contact lawyer.for futher guide and advice

If the girl has gone without the consent of her lawful guardian, you can lodge an FIR of kidnapping against the boy. If the girl is minor, the posco act will also attracted. Once the FIR is lodged, it is the duty of police to trace the girl and boy . Any family member can lodge the FIR, and if you have documents regarding her birth date which shows that the girl is minor. It will help you. There might be chance that police refuses to lodge an FIR. In that case you have to consult with me. Revert me. All the best.
