How can I get my father death declaration certificate

My father is missing/absence from 2011 . His working company fIR against my dad that he is runaway with companies money. But it's not prove. Even we don't found my father from that day. From 2011to present, we don't get any news about my dad. He is missing/absence from 9year. So how can I get my father "Dead declaration certificate".

Respected sir we can file this matter to the. learned District Judge and proceed further, only District Judge or High Court can giving you the certificate. for further process please feel free to contact me.

Since your father is missing since more than 7 years, you can contact a lawyer to file a complaint stating that he is missing since 2011 and then file a civil suit for declaration that he is dead and the order of the said court can be used by you where ever necessary However this is a regular civil suit and you will be required to provide evidence.
