how can i completely cut my relationship with my father legally

I am 20 years old and also I am self dependent ,I belong to Muslim I want to get rid of my father , my father has 3 wife and has many kids may be 8 , my mother was his first wife and i am the first child , my mother pass away by 2012 due to cancer after that I don't want to keep this relationship on so I want to take some legal step to make him stop interfering in my life , because me and my mom have suffered a lot In the past please suggest a way

Hello. Why are you worrying if you are self dependent? You have no liability towards your father. You can easily get away with him. Tell him you would not want him to interfear in your life. If he is harrassing you in any way, you can file a police complaint and then we can help you file a suit for injunction. Contact me for further queries.

This is more of a social problem than a legal problem. However, we as a professionals cannot give you legal advise to keep yourself away from your father. If you are really suffering from interference from your father then it is fine. But if you are trying to escape from your responsibility to help your father as you are earning member of the family then it is bad on your part. Any way presuming that you are grooming to be a good citizen I suggest you that you are a major after attaining age of 18 and you can live independently and if there is any interference for your independent living from any one for that matter you are protected by law.
