How can I claim maintenance from my husband without divorce

Me n my husband r Christians n v have been married for 8 months nw... His mothers interference has caused us to separate n nw since a month I'm wid my mother in Bhopal. Ours was a love marriage n his parents were against n he forced dem for d marriage. My mother gave 12 lacs for our future n gold too.. Bt wen I enquired abt d money dey say dey used it all... Can I get d money back legally as I'm pregnant n jobless as of nw... N I don't want divorce too
If you don't want divorce and just want maintenance and your money, then you should:-
(1) file a petition under section 125 of CrPC for maintenance.
(2) for recovering the amount given by your mother and the gold, file a regular Civil Suit for recovery.

Mam divorce n maintenance both are different but the question is for survival as human it depand on the circumstances that u want divorce or not

As per provision of Crpc you are entitled for having maintenance. Also you have right to receive amount for your medical facilities and you can claim your stridhan through 12 lakhs from your husband .

Since you are living seperately from your husband and pregnant then it becomes his duty to take care of you . You can demand for maintainence as per 125 Crpc also as you brought some gold for yourself which is your stridhan you have all the right to get them back
