Hindus married by Christian rituals, validity of the marriage

Me and my wife officially Hindus but we believe christianity.we were married with Christian religious manner in church though we are Hindus. Is this marriage valid? If it is valid how we file divorce according to Hindus marriage act or Christian marriage act.

Dear Sir, Since you both are Hindus and your marriage performed according to Christian rituals is void and there is no sanctity of this marriage in the eyes of law. Marry as per Hindu rituals and customs and your marriage will be governed by Hindu Marriage Act,1955 and then if you wish, you can file for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or else convert into Christianity and marry as per Christian rituals and then your marriage will be governed by Indian Divorce Act, 1869 and then if you wish, you can file for divorce under Indian Divorce Act, 1869.

Hi Though you are hindu's but have got married according to christian religious manner, christian marriage act will be the applicable act for your divorce. Law presumes that both of you accepted(converted) to christianity if both of you get married under christian ceremonies.

First off all your marriage is not valid and when your marriage is not valid so no need for divorce as you have not converted into christian and if you are Hindu so you must have to follow the hindu religious and if you want to know more about to you can consult with advocate with all relevant document.
