Hindu Transfer of Property if mother died without will

19-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My widowed Mother in law expired without a WILL leaving behind 3 children. She had two immovable properties in Cooperative Housing Societies in Mumbai. A probate has been issued authoring one of the daughters to operate the properties towards rental arrangements. Now the daughters want to sell the properties. Please advise what needs to be done and what documents are required. They have the: 1. Death Certificate 2.Original agreement 3. Share certificate 4. Probate Regards

dear clients , as the probate or power of attorney, is issued for the specific purpose of rental hence she has no rights to sell the property, taking succession certificate from the court each sister will get 1/3 of the share in the property.
