Hindu marriage property issue between husband and wife

Disputes regarding property between husband and wife of hindu should be filed in which court? Should it be an separate case ( O.S case ) other than M.C in same family court or it should be filed in civil court.
If family court, what is court fee for property case.
If civil court what is the court fee for property case.
Dear Sir,
The disputes between a couple may be filed in original suit preferably in Family Court if there are some other family cases pending before such Family Court. The Court will decide such property disputes between the couple and give a finding. Both the parties have the right to approach the High Court if either of the party is aggrieved by such decision. But such disputes may take three to four years time to get a judgment.

The fee depends on the property. OS case needs to be filed for the property issue. Family court is not the proper forum for property issues. if there's an ongoing MC case then Family Court is the correct forum.
