Hi my wife filed Dv case and crpc 125 case but she is failed to give much evidence to court..me being a husband suffered a lot physically and mentally it's almost proved in court that she filed false case now as a husband can i ask court to give her a serious punishment because she has given fake affidavit she dont have any money to survive but she have money more than husband that's me..just want to know what can I do to send her to jail

if she had filed false affidavit before the court you can file an application under section 195 Criminal Procedure Code for taking legal action against your wife. you can also seek divorce from your wife on the ground of filing false and frivolous cases against you

You can file a case of defamation against her for spoiling a reputation of you in society and 498a of IPC for mental tortured and harassment. After a high court quash the proceedings being false and fabricated you can file a complaint case before the magistrate or file fIR before police u/s 182 and 211 of IPC against the person who have filed false case against you and punish her as per the provision
