Hi, I and my father having a joint property in Navi Mumbai and post marriage me, wife were staying.parents stayed in Kolkata. I filed divorce and later wife filed DV. The flat is taken on loan. Wife did an attempt to murder in mar 23 post that I left that flat and staying seperately. I stopped paying emi due to financial burden. Now bank had came to seal the property. Court had ordered me to pay balance amount of 9 L and regularly pay the EMI. I don't hv the capacity to pay. What can I do?
