I am waiting for my divorce decree and planning to get remarried. I want to get married in Delhi but I have rent agreement as my address proof....can I use it as my partner belongs to a different city. Will my rent agreement be given as address proof for marriage registration in Delhi?

First of all you need to wait for your first Divorce to conclude, thereafter you can go for the second marriage. Yes you can use the same address. And even if it's different address on your ID proves.
