hello , I am a 20F (Hindu) my parents are making me sign on a stamp paper(will be notarized) that i must marry by a specific age and to a specific caste of man further it also specifies at what age i am to have children . I don't want to sign it but they won't let me pursue my career if i don't, i don't have financial base of support myself if it happens. Hence I will be signing it. I wish to know can they force me to marry a man i do not want to marry based on my sign on stamp paper? thank you

even if you sign such a notarised paper as per your parents demand, it does not have any value in the eyes of law and Court no person can be forced to enter into such an agreement or contract and that agreement or contract is not enforceable by law. hence even if in future your parents force you to do something as per the Contract then you can be blatantly deny to do the same as no Court will take the cognizance Such contract
