Hearing Without W.S. Showing in case status death certificate case

My father is missing from last 14 years we have filled case in civil court now online case status is this Hearing Without W.S.

If you have filed a petition to declare your dad as dead, there would be a public notice given and then you’ll have to lead evidence regarding his disappearance for more than 7 years. In this case ‘hearing without WS’ won’t be the right status technically speaking. One would have to look at the case status in actuality to understand the issue
