First of all what is your religion? If you are a Muslim, then its okay. If other religion then the law prohibits the parties to enter into such marriage and hence such marriage is illegal, void and unrecognised. The marriage which took place later will be unrecognised. However no one will come to hunt you down and punish you unless there is a complaint by co-wife for bigamy, so all of you may live peacefully. Another thing is requirement of marriage certificate and updating of documents which will be a bit tricky and challenging. One of the co wife will have to be left out from updating husband's information on marriage certificate, or can be done concealing the fact but is illegal. However, marriage certificate from Mandir can be obtained which perhaps can be challenged if either of the wife has an objection.

If you are Hindu then according to the Hindu Marriage Act these types of relationships are invalid and the second marriage is void in the eyes of law. But if you all are happy with the decision then it's advisable for you to execute a live-in relationship agreement/MOU with one wife to avoid any legal difficulties in future.
