If I live in my brother's house and he and his wife trouble my parents a lot, can they throw us out of the house?
If the house is legally owned by your brother, he has the right to ask you to vacate. However, if your parents are senior citizens, they can seek protection which allows them to claim residence. They can file a complaint with the tribunal or police for relief.

But your parents can also file a maintenance case against your brother and also your mother can file a case of domestic violence against your brother and his wife
