Harassment by parents what action can be taken

I am 24yr old woman.my parents keep harrasing me mentally from childhood.i am in depression since i was just 3 4yr old.parents harm me from childhood and now their torture came in new level.many times my parents said that they will kill me in anger.i am so tired from this daily mentally torture.thats why i am living in chandigarh now for study purpose .i am graduate.trying to get govt.job.parents are provinding money just to keep me away from private job.now forcing me to come home and marry forcefully.they now abuse me on phone.many times i tried to commit suicide.daily depression is awfull .
UNTIL YOU MARRY YOU ARE ENTITLED FOR GETTING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM YOUR PARENTS AND MOREOVER YOU CAN NOT BE FORCED TO MARRY WITH SOMEONE WHO IS NOT YOUR CHOICE. IF YOU WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR PARENTS YOU CAN CLAIM MAINTENANCE. BUT AT THIS STAGE SINCE THEY ARE YOUR PARENTS AND NOT HAVING ANY ENMITY WITH YOU, I HEREBY ADVISE YOU TO TALK WITH THEM AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHOUT THE INTERVENTION OF POLICE OR THE COURT. SOME OF THE TIES SHOULD NOT BE REACH AT THE DOORS OF COURTS. ANY WAY IF IN CASE YOUR PROBLEM SUBSIST EVEN AFTER POSITIVE TALK YOU ARE FREE TO TALK ME.
