Harassment by husband filed conjugal rights case what can I do

I married on 2012, my husband was hindu he converted and married on an agreement that we will be staying in Bangalore with my mother, after marriage he says it was my force, then orally he settled for time being and we were in Bangalore separately for a year.As he is a govt servant, he got transferred,i was in Bangalore doing PG, during this 2 years he was visiting and fighting with out much reason, now i finished my PG. last month too he agreed that would be in bang lore. But now he has sent me notice for conjugal rights, due to earlier experience i am not willing to join to north.

Madam your query has grammatical mistake and little confused ,but as it appear that he has converted and same is also issue ,and he has refused to be with you ,yet has filed conjugal rights case on you ,my sincere effort is so meet and come with all relevant documents,as your husband acting too smart and has taken this approach with lawyer ,better contact our office to hell you legally .OFC : Adv pankaj Kumar .

A decree of restitution of conjugal rights implies that the guilty party is ordered to live with the aggrieved party. The court though is competent to pass a decree of restitution of conjugal rights, but it is powerless to have its specific performance by any law. I will suggest you to seek counselling to resolve the matter amicably, if not you have enough options and grounds to legally contest against and order passed on ground of security and many other options too... nonetheless instead of aggravating the situation and taking drastic steps, I will suggest you to send him a reply to the notice and consider an option for counselling and I strongly believe per my past experience issues will get resolved ...
