Harassment by colleagues at work place what should I do

I am 53 yr old. 1985 main Bank main join kiya tha. vaha per ek personnel officer tha,jisne mere bare main bahut sari ashleel baatein logo main faila di yeh kehkar ki main usse love karti hoon jabki esa kuchh bhi nahin tha. usne esa kuchh kiya hai mujhe tab maloom nahi tha. ( he was a married man). After sometime he left the job. meri bhi shadi khi aur ho gayi in 1988.almost 10 years meri shadi sahi chali, uske bad ek officer se kuchh small fight ho gayi. usne woh sari ashleel baatein poori office building, mere inlaws or mere parents, my husbands office etc. main bta di jo mujhe bhi nahi pta thi.Actually us personnel officer mujhe punish kiya tha. punishment thi rape/pitai. Bank officer union ko laga ki mai job karti thi isliye maine uski bat nhi mani so sabne mere sath bura kiya or mujhe job chodna pada. ab sab mujhe force kar rahe hai us saja ke liye.main jaha bhi jati hoo wha yeh sab bata dete he.ab doctor dava nahi deta, job nahi kar sakti.beta job or study nahi kar sakta. mai kya karun?

I think your problem is not exactly a legal problem.i don't understand why doctor is not giving you medicine.if some people are talking bad for you than you can file a criminal case against them or you can file a case of defamation.

If he has done this type of nonsence with you than you first go to police station and give your report to p.s if they do not do any thing than you can go to suprintedant of police and give him report under section 154 cr. P. C if than also no action police take than you can file your complaint in court u/s 156 (3) cr. P.c

Madam it seems you are in a great difficulty.you should consult an advocate he would give a proper counseling, i would advise you to immediately lodge an FIR against the culprit and also file a case to take your job back before labor court.
