I am a 25 yrs hindu boy and my f2f is 26 yrs old.hm do no same caste ke hai aur court marriage krna chahte hai .hm dono ghar se bhaag kr aaye hai.court marriage karne ke baad kya uske parents mujh pr complain kre to main jail Chala jaonga .court marriage karne ke liye document kya hmare district me notice issue hogi.pls describe the scenario .could anyone help me .

3. Photo of boy and girl.
4. Signature of boy and girl on Marriage application form.

According to hindu law of spl.marriage act you should go for the court marriage and you must be file an application to accomplish the procedure before the marriage officer in the court of registrar along with two witnesses from both sides.after a month all of u will got a marriage certifhcate..okk
