Guidance on Child Custody Case - Bringing My Child Back from UK

Hi I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your legal assistance and guidance regarding a child custody matter I am currently facing.I am an Indian citizen, and my child is currently with my husband in the UK, where he has been granted custody. I am looking to explore my legal options for bringing my child back to India and securing custody here under Indian law.Could you please advise what are my options
first we should file a child Custody case in India,From court notice will be sends to yr Husband in UK,yu have address of your husband in UK,will file child Custody,after filing case when notice will received by yr husband,he should come to the court frm UK to India please come and meet me in my office
