Grandson's right in grandparent's property

Hello Sir My Grand father from Mother side had a Flat in Mumbai, My mother has 1 brother & 1 sister. After death of my grand father my Maternal uncle took NOC from my Mother & her sister to transfer the flat on her name during and he done it. During that period i was minor now m major and my maternal uncle is not allowing us to enter in the flat so can i take claim or any legal action against my maternal uncle.

Hello sir there is no chance that you can take up the property or ask for any kind of right into the property as your mother had already given the Noc and at the time when you were minor you were under the legal guardianship of your mother so that ways you were not eligible to receive any of the same. No you can't but you can try and prove that your mother gave Noc under coercion.

hello, i have been through your query and i think yes you can file a suit against your maternal uncle for claiming the property without your permission and also you can show me the documents so that i can tell you the authenticity of the documents!

Yes definitely as they had not make your claim at that time you can definitely claim it from your uncle for avoiding your claim in that property. as after major u can get share in that property . Regards
