Grandfather job assigned to my father brothers and then to his son

My grandfather sccl job is assigned to my father's big brother and my grandfather gave 1 lakh to my father , my father said I will buy new home outside but my father's brother said no your family construct a house and stay with me in sccl quarter area , later that he is medically unfitted and job assigned to my father's brother son . In the middle by that panchayat he agreed to give us 2 lakhs but not given.after assigned job to my father's brother son they didn't given any money to us wt we do
