GP Counter Petition, Wife Not Working And Section 28 App Under Dv

Wife has declared that she is unfit to work..going through pyscatryist and other health issues (moch in leg). Making excuses of not working. What can be the course of action that can be taken and also want to file a GP counter case for my minor 3 yr old child and application u/s 28 of dv. Pls only msg/call if you have previously worked on these specific areas
