Girlfriend's parents forcefully marrying her with other person

Sir I'm loving a girl And our relationship standsup for 7years. Now her family members have engaged her some other person. They know how long we loved together.. When I talked to her she said that she is not interested to marry who she got engaged now. Still she says that she loves me a lots....But atlast she said that I won't call you hereafter but she don't want to marry him(that person). She wants to marry me her but family members don't like me because I'm Hindu she is Muslim.. Please help me and give some ideas to get complaint in police station
If your lover desires to marry and leave with you, go and register your marriage before registrar of marriage. If she is kept in house arrest you can give a police complaint against her parents, but not you can't compel her parents to give her in marriage

You are right. You need to file a police complaint. Usually police will not entertain such complaint. You may send a complaint in post and file a Habeas corpus petition before the High court. If she comes to the court and says that she wants you then they will send her with you.
