Girl promised to marry but later refused, what can be done?

27-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
I was planning to marry my long time girlfriend in court this month, since girls family refused to accept us even after years of persuasion. We are both in service, independent and adults and my family has always been supportive. However, due to family pressure - girl has suddenly changed her stance and gotten engaged to a boy on short notice due to family pressure. I want to explore options - to convince girls family to stop pressurizing her or request the prospective boy to cancel the wedding by revealing our story. Need to know legality of this approach.

Sir,
Your girl friend is an adult and made a decision to go ahead and marry someone ,the only person you should try and convince is her to change her mind for this you can seek help from common friends or family/NGO.The prospective groom is third party and could be construed as harassment and defamation by the girl and her family.

Dear client, As both are you are adult nobody even court can stop marriage aginst your will, at present your friend due to pressure from her relative changing her attitude morally she has no right to play with you and your families feelings if that candidate is superior to you in education, job, and the economic condition then your friend is selfish and leave her subject, you will get better than it, but due to pressure if she is doing marriage , then you have moral right to stop the marriage,by any way at first instant send notice to her parents and suggest them you new, new candidate and you are going to convey about love and future plan, if they do not bother seriously convey new candidate it will give satisfaction to save one pair from their full life.as it is true facts legally it is right, if you really like my opinion please rate me.
