Girl played with emotions, which result in mental pressure

I was in relationship with girl and she want ti marry me an I let her introduced to my family, I have also intracted with her mother every thing was fine. She told in office that we are engaged and family have done roka ceremony. In the monthof April she told me that she dont love me and she had physical relationship with some other guys also, after that I ignored all such thing because I am in love with her. But atlast she ditch me which gives me mentally and physically harasment, I was unable to eat food for 10 days, left company on same day, feeling raped. What I can do?
