Girl hid from me that her divorce was going on and now is pregnant

I am a bachelor , Muslim , age 28 , struggling so hard to live every moment because of a girl . I met her one year back . From the very beginning this girl was very emotional and sentimental . Always she used to tell her hardships and family problems and I became sympathetic towards her and started consoling every time . In between she lost her job and that time she needed my support . In the due coarse she started flirting with me and started compelling and convincing me to do physical. But I did not agree as I was not having any intention to marry her nor any commitment towards her . And I openly said that to her . She also said there will be no commitment . 3 months I stayed with her , we had intercoarse also. She got pregnant and hided from me for 2 months . She started threatening me ..and she started playing games . Without my knowledge she took contacts of my friends and family from my phone in the very beginning itself. Shez already married and on divorce stage . Hindu girl .

A lady who is married and is under the process of divorce if cohabit with another person commits adultary and the real husband can prosecute both of you under sections 494,495and 497 of Indian Penal Code.There can't be a legal marriage between both of you.Under any cercumstance you will be liable to give maintance to the child till the child attain majority in the case of a male child and till the marriage in the case of a female child.You may also be careful of the lady making any false allegation of rape against you.

Hai. Not to make u fragile. But u r in deep trouble. If its the situation as it is u r at the mercy of the girl. There is no big doors in ur front to open yet there are some things left to be done to loose the situation. U need to raise some complaints and petitions before some authorities. Its not time to chat. U need to meet a lawyer of ur jurisdiction. Criminal lawyer to be specific. Hope am upto ur query
