Gift deed for daughter and minor grand child can daughter sell it

If parents wants to give a property through gift deed to daughter adding grand children name also in it who is a minor .does the daughter has all the rights on the property to sell if grand children name is includedin it?

Option 1: Grand parents can directly grant a gift to their grand daughter by nominating their daughter as a guardian.
Option 2: Alternatively grand parents can grant a life interest to the daughter and after life time of daughter, the property can be vested to the grand daughters.
though both the above options are available , Option 1 is the preferred legal option

Before selling of the property u r selected purchaser and to file guardian O.P. before the Honble district court and the court declare u as the guardian of the said childrens and the minor's share amount of the said property deposited before the honble court.contact your nearest advocate.

No.. till the minor child cannot attain the age major no one has any right to do anything, if you include the name of minor child in gift deed even if they are going to sale the property there will be a criminal case against them
