Gfs husband lodged complaint against us will it affect getting job

Greetings sir' I am mohammad javed from visakhapatnam. Sir i am a muslim and i've staying with a already married with 2 kids hindu women for since 4 years. Sir her husband later lodge a complaint in ps about us. the sub-inspector said that, give her a divorce if she dont want to stay with you and let her marry with me. her husband agreed to leave her and her both kids to me and they wrote a note about the situation how she left him. on 100rs stamp paper in ps. sir he agreed to give her a divorce and then he will marry a another woman but sir he didnt gave divorce and he married a another woman sir now he is blessed with a kid. sir i want to know in future does he has the right to case a file in court against us for any money or for any reason like for they both kids. now i am writing a government job if i get the job can he go to the court for my any property. thanking you sir your faithfully javed..
