Future Validity Of Agreement On Stamp Paper

If any agreeement is Signed on stamp paper that dowry neither taken nor demanded can it debbared to file cases again if dispute arises again in future

surely it can be produced before the Learned Court, if any case is filed against you in the future, but the onus of the proof is on your side only I mean you need to prove that by submitting the MOU before the Learned Court. now it's a matter of argument and winning this.. U need an expert in this matter
