frustration and mental health issues due to toxic parents

I have very toxic parents , first they had never given my my own space always interfered in my friend circle always kept forcing me to study study study and i hardly could ever play games . 2nd they forced me to take science i wanted to pursue commerce but they kept forcing and blackmailing me that if i dont take science they will stop my football coaching ,and so i had love for football i had to take science. i hate them is there anything i can do

I understand your emotional distress. While parental pressure may be unfair, unless it leads to physical abuse or severe mental harm, legal remedies are limited. You may consult a family counsellor or psychologist. If you're a major and financially independent, you have the right to make your own life and career decisions without force. If harassment continues, you may consider legal protection under personal liberty and mental harassment laws.
