Fixed Deposit Second name added fraudly

My sister has added her name as second holder in fixed deposit of my mother and now my mother wants to remove her name and she is not giving help for the same

you havnt mentioned as to how she added her name fraudulently. was it done later or earlier when the FD was made. your mother can approach the police and file a criminal case against your sister for cheating n fraud. the bank won't co-operate without a court order.
