financial issue, elder father demanding money from brother son

elder father demanding money from brother son because brother son was studied under the names of his brother.when brother son got a job...his elder father started to demanding money ! because studied certificates are under elder father name consistent so..he demanding! give a small suggestion to overcome this problem

NO PERSON can ask for money by witholding certificates or any such thing except rhere was a particular agreement for same.. family matters are better to be setteled by elders setting aside all pros and cons..its better to settel amibcle
