Filled DV case, how to stop husband from taking divorce

I dont wan to give divorce to my husband .they throw me out from my matrimonial home .i filed dv case for residence order .wen i will get residence order and wat i can do to stop divorce

If your husband has filed for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, you can challenge the divorce in the court where it has been filed. You can write an application to the court to speed up the process of granting a residence order to you.

Initially if are not agreed to give divorce so the husband will not get the divorce alone but you have to give response against the husband's case. Secondly as you have thrown out from your matrimonial house so you can put another case of torture.
