Filed case of DV, divorce, adultery can he ask court to check my chats

Have a dv, divorce and adultery case against my husband. Can my husband retrieve my whatsapp chats and other application chats via court or police ?

No. He cannot. He can file an application seeking the same but You can deny to give any such detail and do not have to worry about it. You should focus on your cases and not worry about such things...

In a 2016 judgment of Rajasthan High Court, the Hon'ble Court has held that such kind of electronic evidences cannot be admissible in court as such evidences infringe the right to privacy, and such evidences cannot be admissible against the spouse. Secondly, adultery case.... Under IPC section 497, adultery case can be filed by a man against a man and not by a woman. but yes, divorce on ground of adultery can be filed which is a civil case.
