Filed a maintenance case against the husband want to get income proof

Hello, I filed a case against my husband for maintenance, and he continuously working in Binani cement ltd. as an engineer. But he gave a false affidavit in court that he is unemployed. So how can I get proof of his salary? Sneha Ojha

No income proof necessary But if there is proof of income then the court is more comfortable in determining the amount of maintenance Husband can not escape liability towards his wife by giving false affidavit before the court

Hi Sneha regards, It is difficult task for get such evidences. Binani Cement is a private organization and no RTI should be file against them. You may proceed with a legal notice for such verification that if any person with that name is working with them or not and what is the status. Providing such type of information is not bounded by the law but in faith it could be provided. So please try with this process. Work continuation only be justified by proper documented proof with proper authority. Bank Statement/ Work Continuation or any document which can prove he is engaged with Binani Cement is required .

Madam please you, use to right to information act, so you can filled a form no. 5 in this act and attached 10 Rs. IPo with this form and fill careful and sent to reg. post to Director, Binani cement PVt. limited and you write in this form that my husband work as a engineer in your company and you say me how many you pay and salary monthly
